Task Description: For this week, Team Tui worked on the Cyber-smart Challenge. Our task was a Scavenger Hunt on Google Doc. We had to locate the tools which also tested if we remembered our last lessons. Here’s mine.
Tessellation
Task Description: For Maths, Team Tui made Tessellation Art with our own custom shapes made with cutting and taping. We used Translation and we made the 2 cutouts symmetrical and taped them together. Which was our final product and we’d trace them together on a paper. After that, we coloured and finished!
LOST POSTER
TASK DESCRIPTION: For Cybersmart this week, Team Tui were doing LOST/MISSING/WANTED posters. I did mine of Cheetah (PK’S cat.)
Enlargement – sadaw
Few weeks ago, Team Tui worked on Maths. We were learning Angles at the time, so we were enlarging random shapes. I had chose a Diamond for this task and enlarge it by the factor of 2. How? All I did for this shape was times by 2 OR add 4 of the original sized Diamonds and form it together to make one enlarged version.
SHAPES – sadajw
A few weeks ago, Team Tui were learning Angles in maths and the teachers thought it would be a great idea to make three shapes showing their Edges, Corners, Faces, Triangles and Total Angle.
VOCAB PYRAMID – sadaw
This week for Reading, Team Tui did Vocab Pyramid for Independent Tasks. Here is my work to show to you all of what we all had done.

iii. I divided the Circumference by the diameter.
iv. This result is called Pi.
v. The value is just over 3.
Maths Session w/ Teacher and Moe
Task Description: For our Teacher Maths Session today we had to Add and Subtract Fractions with related Denominators. Moe and I learnt about adding fractions and a ton of Shortcuts which we are very proud of. Such as, finding out which fraction is bigger. We found a shortcut taught by Ms Fonua.
