INFERENCE Task Cards
Task Description: Team Tui students were assigned to complete this Inference Tasks where we would read the card and answer the questions. Here is my understanding and what I answered.
Probability
TASK DESCRIPTION: Team Tui was learning about Probability for Maths. There were 3 activities relating to Probability: Greedy Pig, Bottle Flip and Cards. In Greedy Pig all you had to do was to roll the dice and if you get a number you would write it down in the squares but if you get number 1 you’d have to restart. Once you reach the end you must calculate everything. In Bottle Flip we would flip a bottle and have 10 turns each. After you must see if you have flipped it right or dropped it. If you did it right you put a line in the Success and if you didn’t, you’d have to put a line in failure. After that we would have to calculate the probability. In Cards, there was a screen that gave us a list of a specific card and there would be random covered cards on the table. We would have to uncover and see if it was a failure or a success.
Mon T4 LCS w/ Moe
Task Description: For LCS, Team Tui decided to make this topic about Identity. We got to do a LCS Project of our cultural group that we have chosen. Moe and I chose, Myanmar (MON.)
SUFFIXES & PREFIXES FOLLOW UP
Task Description: Today for Writing, Team Tui were learning about Prefixes and Suffixes. What are they? Prefixes are words/letters placed before the word such as, (un)happy. Sadaw -L4 Statistic
Task Description: Today, L4 groups in Team TUI worked on Statistical Maths. We had a look at Statistical Graphs, such as, Pie Graphs, Line Graph, Bar Graphs, etc.
Stardome 2023
Task Description: Few weeks ago, Team Tui went on a trip to Stardome to discover and learn more about Matariki. We went on a scavenger hunt to find the facts and then watched a show about Stories & Facts about Matariki. Though, we came back to school pretty late it was a joyous experience for all of Team Tui.

GTS Matariki Festival 2023
Task Description: I think this festival have been pretty successful. We both have been doing our equal shares on each stall, which are good. I’m glad we both knew what to do in each situation. Though we should’ve promoted more like the others so we’d have more customers. Still, I think my group, (Moe and I,) were great!
